Hello, I’m Freya. I recently passed my Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification. I am currently studying for Level 4, Following this I plan to study cupping and dry needling.

I started teaching fitness classes in 2022 and I am now a fitness instructor full time and enjoy teaching a variety of fitness classes with many different people, these include barbells, spin, aquafit and Pilates. I teach across a variety of Gyms in St Neots including Wyboston, 1Leisure and RealFit.

Outside of work I enjoy running & going to the gym I have taken part in 3 half marathons. Outside of the gym I enjoy walking my two pugs Luna and Oslo into town for a coffee and cake. My holidays are often spent hiking and love finding new places to walk.​
